Here at Craven House we’ve been working hard to make sure your stay with us is as safe as possible. We want you to be able to arrive, kick up your heels and relax without having to worry about your surroundings, especially right now when we are all more conscious of our health. We take sanitation and cleanliness very seriously and have put all the processes in place to ensure that very high standards are met.
But don’t just take our word for it –
we are delighted to say that we were recently awarded the ‘safe, clean and legal’ accreditation from Quality Tourism as well as the ‘We’re good to go’ accreditation from Visit England. This is the official UK mark to signal that we’ve followed all the Government’s advice for operating safely in the current environment, we have a Covid-19 Risk Assessment in place to maintain cleanliness and social distancing and we are doing everything we can to ensure Craven House and all our apartments are safe.
One of the many advantages of staying in a serviced apartment is that you can rest assured they will be rigorously cleaned between stays. We steam clean everything we can, from pillows to curtains, we have fully stocked cleaning packs available to you in each apartment, and we are leaving as much time as possible between each booking (minimum 24 hours) to ensure enough time for a thorough clean. It also means that you are not interacting with staff or other guests like you would in a hotel. We offer a virtual check in service via FaceTime and there are no shared common spaces between apartments. Through all of this we’re so proud to say that we’ve also managed to maintain that sense of home-away-from-home and luxurious comfort in our apartments.
We are constantly reassessing our processes to make sure we are offering you the highest standard of safety while ensuring your experience with us gives you the chance to truly relax and enjoy our beautiful apartments and surroundings.
