When you stay in one of our luxury serviced apartments, we promise exemplary service from the moment we receive your booking throughout the entirety of your stay.
We offer around the clock meet and greet to suit your timings and we will also work to satisfy any pre-arrival provision requirements you may have. Your apartment is meticulously cleaned before your arrival and weekly housekeeping continues throughout the duration of your stay.
Craven House in Hampton Court is directly adjacent to Henry VIII’s extraordinary Hampton Court Palace on the banks of the River Thames.
Henry may be long gone, but you can tour his palace, explore its gardens and enjoy world-class events such as the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.
Craven House apartments boast uninterrupted views over Royal Bushy Park, so relax on the balconies and watch the deer stroll past.
Enjoy easy access into central London and the M25 as well as a relaxing home-from-home environment surrounded by historic attractions and sprawling parkland.
It’s a five-minute walk to mainline British Rail stations from our apartments at Craven House and Claygate. The journey into Waterloo / London takes around 25-30 minutes.
The M25 is a five-minute drive away with London Heathrow and Gatwick a mere 25 minute journey.

We pride ourselves on our friendly, can-do service. This starts with a welcome pack of essentials and it can extend to a full concierge service for extra laundry requirements, booking theatre tickets, taxis, restaurants or other personal requirements if needed. If you need a chef to cater your dinner party or a secretary to take notes - just ask.
We’ll do everything we can to make your stay stress-free and relaxed.
Like you, we expect our apartments to be immaculately clean, tidy and well stocked at all times.
Our weekly professional housekeeping service ensures that all apartments are kept in order, and more regular visits can be arranged.
We also provide beautiful bouquets of flowers and other treats guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.

Your health and safety are very important to us. We have implemented rigorous cleaning processes to ensure you can book and stay with confidence. We have the following precautions in place.Safety Features

Check-in is normally from 15:00 and check-out is 10:00.
However, we offer around the clock meet and greet service. We will be there to meet you and help you settle in – no matter what time of day or night you arrive. If you find yourself on a late/early flight, please notify us 24 hours beforehand and we can make the necessary arrangements to satisfy your needs.

A selection of hand-picked household essentials on arrival to make you feel immediately at home. You will find fully stocked cleaning packs available to you in each apartment
If you require a fully stocked fridge prior to your arrival, please notify us 24 hours beforehand we will make the necessary arrangements. Please also advise of any dietary requirements.
We offer a weekly shopping service if you haven’t time to pop to the shops – let us do it for you. Leave us a list of your favourites and we will stock your fridge or shelves to satisfy any particular food and beverage requirements you may have. Please notify us at the time of booking if you require this service.
Your luxury apartment will be meticulously prepared before your arrival. During your stay, our housekeeping team will clean your apartment weekly at a time that’s convenient for you.
If you require additional housekeeping visits, please notify us as soon as possible and we will more than happy to assist.
When it comes to appliances and technology, we want you to have the best. That’s why the dishwashers, washing machines/dryers, microwaves, large screen TVs and DVD players are all from leading technology brands. All our appliances are regularly checked and well maintained. In the highly unlikely event there is an issue with anything, you can rest assured we will act promptly to resolve the problem.

Our luxury apartments are situated in some of the safest and most desirable locations in the UK but they all still have their own private access front doors, secure entry systems and intruder alarms for extra peace of mind.
No need to worry about parking. All our apartments in both Hampton Court and Claygate have allocated off-street parking spaces for your convenience. We also have an EV car charger at both our Hampton Court and Claygate apartments. Let us know before your stay if you wish to use it so we can be sure to allocate you a convenient space.
PLEASE NOTE: Hampton Court Road on which Craven House parking spaces reside is included in the ULEZ charge (see details below).
If you plan to drive in London please be aware ULEZ (The Ultra Low Emissions Zone) operates across all London boroughs 24 hours a day every day of the year (this includes Hampton Court Road on which most of our apartments reside). From 29 August 2023 if your vehicle does not meet the ULEZ emissions standards there is a daily charge of £12.50.

Some drivers and vehicle types qualify for a temporary exemption from the ULEZ charge until 24 October 2027. For example, vehicles registered with a ‘disabled’ or ‘disabled passenger vehicle’ tax class. For details of the exemptions please go to tfl.gov.uk/ulez-discounts-and-exemptions.

In Central London there are areas where you will also need to pay the Congestion Charge on top of the ULEZ charge – https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/congestion-charge
Please note, drivers who fail to pay the ULEZ charge will receive a PCN for £180, this is reduced to £90 if paid within 14 days.
While you can enjoy all the benefits and freedom of residing in your own property, we offer a range of bespoke services more commonly associated with a luxury hotel to make your stay that much more comfortable.
Concierge services: – a full concierge service for booking theatre tickets, taxis, restaurants and other personal requirements you may have.
Bespoke gourmet catering: Hosting meeting or a dinner party? We can arrange food and beverages for your from gourmet canapés, cocktails to Executive chefs and fine dining.
Event hosting: Use of the beautiful Court Yard, Garden and terrace for client events or and meetings.
Pre-arrival provisioning: Need us to do the shopping? Give us your list and we’ll make sure its all in the fridge for your arrival.
Laundry and dry cleaning: We’ll happily organise any dry cleaning or laundry requirements you may have.
Babysitting services: Need a babysitter? We can provide you with accredited childcare professionals.
Secretarial services: If you need admin or secretarial support, we can help.
