What Time Can I Check In?

Check-in is usually from 15:00  & Check out is from 10am

However, we are always flexible to our guests requirements and will ensure we are there to meet and greet you whatever time of day or night you arrive. If you find yourself on a late/early flight, please notify us 24 hours beforehand and we can make any necessary arrangements to satisfy your needs. We will meet you at your apartment – whatever the time.

On your arrival, the Craven House Team will personally meet and greet you and show you around your serviced apartments. The Craven house team are on call 24/7 so if you have any questions, problems or requirements, you can always contact us.


What Services Do You Offer?

We endeavour to make you as comfortable as possible throughout your stay. We always meet and greet our guests, whatever time of day. We don’t just give you a key and expect you to work it out for yourself. We will gladly show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have.

When you arrive at one of our luxury serviced apartments, you won’t just receive a warm welcome from our representative. You will also receive a complimentary Welcome Pack. This Welcome Pack will contain a variety of essentials to help you settle in.

In all our bath and shower rooms, you will find complimentary toiletries.

If you have any special requests before your visit, just get in touch. We will do everything to try to accommodate your request. We can stock the fridge for you with your favourite food and beverages or ensure cots and highchairs are ready for you to settle in easily.

You can rest assured that your luxury serviced apartment will be meticulously cleaned before your arrival. While you are staying there, our housekeeping service will come in weekly to ensure the apartment is immaculate, clean and tidy and organised for you at a convenient time. Let us know prior to your stay if you would prefer not to have a weekly clean and we will leave extra cleaning products in your apartment.

Are the Apartments Secure?

Our luxury apartments are situated in some of the safest and most desirable locations in the UK but they still have their own heavy duty front doors, a secure entry system and intruder alarm for peace of mind.


Is There Nearby Parking?

You don’t have to worry about parking at all. You can have the peace of mind that you can park your vehicle in allocated off-street parking. We have parking facilities at both our Claygate and Hampton Court luxury serviced apartments. For those staying in our Hampton Court apartments, we have an EV car charger. Let us know before your stay if you wish to use it so we can be sure to allocate you a convenient space. 


Are Pets Welcome?

We are always happy to welcome your furry friends here at Craven House. 

The Garden Suites and studio apartment in Hampton Court and No. 8. Springfield in Claygate, all have access to lovely gardens which are perfect for larger pets – or smaller pets who like to be outdoors! Our studio apartment is also welcoming to pets. We’ve played host to dogs, guinea pigs and even fish!
