What Time Can I Check In?

Check-in is usually from 16:00  & Check out is from 10am

To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, we use a remote check-in/out process using a secure key safe. Detailed instructions will be sent to you via email one week prior to your scheduled arrival. Your convenience and safety are our top priority and we are always flexible to our guests requirements, if you would prefer a meet and greet please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice and this can be arranged.

The Craven house team are on call 24/7 so if you have any questions, problems or requirements, you can always contact us.

 

What Services Do You Offer?

We endeavour to make you as comfortable as possible throughout your stay. 

When you arrive at one of our luxury serviced apartments, you will receive a complimentary Welcome Pack. This will contain a variety of essentials to help you settle in.

In all our bath and shower rooms, you will find complimentary toiletries.

If you have any special requests before your visit, just get in touch. We will do everything to try to accommodate your request. We can stock the fridge for you with your favourite food and beverages or ensure cots and highchairs are ready for you to settle in easily.

You can rest assured that your luxury serviced apartment will be meticulously cleaned before your arrival. While you are staying there, our housekeeping service will come in weekly to ensure the apartment is immaculate, clean and tidy and organised for you at a convenient time. Let us know prior to your stay if you would prefer not to have a weekly clean and we will leave extra cleaning products in your apartment.

Are the Apartments Secure?

Our luxury apartments are situated in some of the safest and most desirable locations in the UK but they still have their own heavy duty front doors, a secure entry system and intruder alarm for peace of mind.

 

Is There Nearby Parking?

When it comes to parking, you don’t have to worry. Both our Hampton Court and Claygate luxury serviced apartments come with off-street parking facilities and they both have an EV car charger. Let us know before your stay if you wish to use the EV charge so we can be sure to allocate you a convenient space.

If you plan to drive in London please be aware ULEZ (The Ultra Low Emissions Zone) operates across all London boroughs 24 hours a day every day of the year (this includes Hampton Court Road on which most of our apartments reside). If your vehicle does not meet the ULEZ emissions standards there is a daily charge of £12.50.

Our Claygate apartment is not in the Ultra Low Emmisions Zone (ULEZ), however it is nearby. 

 

Are Pets Welcome?

We are always happy to welcome your furry friends here at Craven House. 

The Garden Suites and studio apartment in Hampton Court and No. 8. Springfield in Claygate, all have access to lovely gardens which are perfect for larger pets – or smaller pets who like to be outdoors! Our studio apartment is also welcoming to pets. We’ve played host to dogs, guinea pigs and even fish!
