Park Suite is not recommended for guests with young children due to the roof terrace.

The apartments are exceptionally well positioned for visiting Hampton Court Palace (literally a couple of minutes walk), Kingston, Richmond, Kew Gardens, Wisley etc. Hampton Court mainline station is nearby. Per week £1,960 (£280 per night) or £300 per night for stays under 7 nights.

  • Rates are subject to VAT charged at 20% for the first 28 days and then at 4% thereafter (based on a continuous stay).
  • Rates are subject to change at any given time as directed by the Management.
  • Pet accommodation fee (when applicable and at the discretion of the Management) – £15 per pet per night plus vat (20%). A £500 refundable security/damage deposit is also applied.
  • Extra beds / towels / linens are charged at £15 per person per night.

What rates include
Weekly cleaning service, including one towel and linen change per week. An additional cleaning service and linen requirements can be arranged at an extra cost.

All utilities, digital TV, DVD, car parking and Wi-Fi Fibre broadband internet access.

Your choice of complimentary newspaper delivered to you each morning (on request).

Rate p/w is per week (7 night stay), changeover date is flexible. Extra nights are charged on a pro rata basis.

Rate p/n is per night for stays of less than 7 nights, subject to late availability only & minimum 3 nights.

Rates are excluding VAT at 20% for stays of up to 28 days and at 4% thereafter.

Cheques can no longer be used for payment – debit or credit cards or bank transfers only please – or cash, of course!

Access To Craven House Apartments

Craven House is a Georgian building so we are somewhat governed by its beauty but also some restrictions. There are steps to enter every apartment, however once inside each apartment everything is on one level. The main guest stairs have handrails on both sides of the staircase.
