Introducing: The Craven House Royal
A light, garden-inspired gin cocktail created with Craven House guests in mind—refreshing, stylish, and every bit as regal as the surroundings near Hampton Court Palace.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin
- 3 lemon wedges
- 5 red grapes
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 15ml elderflower cordial
- 75ml pressed apple juice
- Ice
To garnish:
Lemon wheel, thin apple slices, and a fresh mint sprig – if you’d like us to add these to your apartment (or any other food and drink items) ready for your arrival, just let us know.
Method:
Begin by gently muddling the lemon wedges, red grapes, and fresh mint leaves with a few cubes of ice in a cocktail shaker. Add the Batts Hill Surrey Dry Gin, elderflower cordial, and pressed apple juice, then shake well until chilled. Strain the mixture into a tumbler filled with fresh ice, and finish with an elegant garnish of lemon, crisp apple slices, and a sprig of mint.
